Home Health Aide/HHA: PT

Whisper Woods of Smithtown is looking for compassionate home health aides (HHAs) to join our resident care team! If you're looking for an opportunity to build meaningful connections and are passionate about serving older adults, we want to hear from you!

As an HHA your main role will be to deliver care to assisted living and memory care residents. Primary duties include assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.

Status: Part Time

Shift: 7am to 3pm and 3 pm to 11 pm

Requirements:

• Valid CNA license OR HHA certificate required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
