Contract | Days | 4 x 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM), 7 days per week coverage

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services within an inpatient Rehab unit serving PT, OT, and Speech patients
• Treat a diverse patient population including cardiac, stroke, orthopedic, ICU, neurological, and med-surg diagnoses within a stroke-certified facility
• Collaborate with PT aides, a team leader, and interdisciplinary staff to deliver patient care across a 7-day-per-week coverage model
• Participate in weekend rotation (every 3rd weekend, potentially every other weekend) and integrate into the permanent staff holiday rotation
• Utilize Cerner EMR for documentation and patient management

Required Qualifications

• Active California Physical Therapist license required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Minimum of 1 year of acute care hospital experience
• Proficiency or ability to work with Cerner EMR

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience treating cardiac, neurological, orthopedic, or stroke patient populations
• Familiarity with inpatient acute care rehabilitation settings
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
