School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist – Houston, TX

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in Houston, Texas . This is a great opportunity for an SLP who enjoys working collaboratively with students, families, teachers, and special education teams in a school-based setting.

Position Details

• Location: Houston, TX

• Position: Speech-Language Pathologist

• Schedule: Full-time

• Setting: School-based

• Caseload: Based on district needs

• Onsite position

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students

• Conduct evaluations and assessments

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

• Establish appropriate speech and language goals

• Monitor student progress and maintain required documentation

• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and related service providers

• Provide consultation and recommendations to support student communication needs

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

• Valid Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility to obtain appropriate licensure

• School-based experience preferred

• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

• CFs may be considered depending on district requirements
