SIGINT Analyst

Job Overview Radiance is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Operations Specialist. The successful candidate will support analysis of radar tracking events, including data research and acquisition, critical analysis, and expert assessment. The candidate will be responsible for the processing, exploitation, managing, analysis, and dissemination of SIGINT data. They will apply analytic standards and make assessments. Required Skills Excellent written and oral communication Able to communicate effectively with peers Active TS/SCI security clearance Ability to work in a diverse operations floor collaborative environment Ability to maintain analytical working aids and databases Required Experience Possession of excellent analytical and time management skills Identifying target and operational patterns Maintaining analytical working aids and databases Minimum of 3-5 years as a SIGINT analyst specializing in ELINT Desired Qualifications Knowledge of SIGINT collection, processing exploitation and dissemination systems Ability to develop algorithms to enhance AI/ML efforts related to SIGINT production Experience using Thresher, MIST EEO Statement Radiance Technologies is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
