School Speech Language Pathologist - Locust Grove, Virginia

Seeking passionate Speech-Language Pathologists interested in making a real difference in K-12 educational settings. This contract-based opportunity offers three full-time positions, each at 37.5 hours per week, supporting students across a range of grade levels. Both experienced SLPs and clinical fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply-flexibility exists for those with caseload or grade-level preferences, ensuring your strengths and interests are matched where you'll have the greatest impact.
Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure, or eligibility to obtain
- CCC-SLP certification preferred, but clinical fellows are welcome
- Prior experience in school-based settings is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt to diverse student needs across K-12 populations
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs) tailored to student goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain clear documentation and monitor progress for compliance and reporting
- Utilize evidence-based practices in an engaging educational environment
