Requirements:
- Applicant must be at least 23 years old
- Applicant must have a minimum of 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Applicant must possess a TWIC card
- Applicant must have less than two preventable accidents in the last three years, regardless of payment
- Applicant must have less than two moving violations in the last three years
