Sr. Application Analyst / Product Owner

Our client is seeking a Senior Application Analyst/Product Owner to lead Epic patient experience and digital products across web and patient access teams. The ideal candidate will be a confident leader who can align stakeholders and communicate daily with clinical and business partners. This is a fully remote position. Senior Application Analyst/Product Owner’s Responsibilities And Duties Own Epic patient-facing products such as MyChart Direct Scheduling, Open Scheduling, eCheck-In, and Hello World Manage the full project life cycle, including scope, schedule, and KPIs Analyze workflow decisions and translate them into Epic application configuration Partner with web and patient access teams to improve the digital patient journey Build, test, and document system design with vendor and internal resources Present solutions and project progress to operational leaders Senior Application Analyst/Product Owner’s Qualifications And Skills At least 7 years of professional experience in an Epic Application Analyst or related role Epic MyChart certification required Additional Epic certifications in Ambulatory, Cadence, Cheers Campaigns, or Hello World preferred Product owner or project leadership experience in a healthcare setting Epic reporting experience is a plus Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a healthcare field preferred RightClick is an equal opportunity employer who agrees not to discriminate against any employee or job applicant irrespective of race, color, creed, alienage, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, gender (including gender identity), marital status, sexual orientation, citizenship or any other characteristic protected by law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
