Security Project Manager

Topa Group is partnered with a premier security integrator seeking their next Project Manager in the Bay area.

They're a commercial security systems and data cabling contractor, with the most cutting edge security systems and low voltage contracting in the industry. They pride themselves on their innovative approach and exceptional customer service. They saw growth of over 70% last year so they're adding a few core team members to help take on the extra workload.

What We Are Looking For: We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager with experience in the security industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing, servicing, and maintaining low voltage systems, including security cameras, access control systems, intercoms, and burglar alarms.

Responsibilities:

Install, service, and maintain physical security devices in both commercial and residential settings. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with low voltage systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Communicate effectively with clients to assess needs and provide excellent customer service. Maintain accurate records of service calls and installations. Collaborate with team members to innovate and improve service offerings.

Requirements:

Experience in low voltage work, specifically in security systems (cameras, access control, intercoms, burglar alarms). Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and effective time management abilities. A dedicated and hard-working attitude with a desire for personal and professional growth. Familiarity with new technologies and a willingness to embrace innovation.

Preferred Skills: Previous experience in a technician role within the security industry. Certifications related to low voltage systems or security systems are a plus.
