Do You Have What It Takes to Be a Dream Maker?

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• A genuine passion for working with children.
• Dependable, patient, energetic, and ready to be a team player.
• Ability to maintain a safe, positive, and engaging classroom environment.
• Willingness to complete required training and background checks.

• A Child Development Associate (CDA) credential.
• A degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field.
• Experience creating engaging lesson plans and implementing early childhood curriculum.
• A talent for turning ordinary activities into extraordinary learning experiences!
