What You'll Do Welcome clients and patients with professionalism and compassion Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage daily appointment flow Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures Process payments and maintain accurate client records Communicate hospital policies, services, and recommendations clearly Support client education and follow-up communications Maintain an organized, professional reception area Collaborate with veterinarians and support staff to ensure a positive client experience Help create a welcoming environment for pets and their families
