National Recruiting Manager
Salary plus Commission
- Drive the headcount growth of the company through the management of the recruiting process.
- Directly manage the remote-based recruiting staff.
- Indirectly manage & coordinate activities of recruiters in conjunction with Field Managers & field office requirements.
- Closely work with all ADEX Operations Management to collect and publish open requirements and coordinate priorities.
- Develop and oversee the training of all recruiters to include:
- Applicant Tracking System use.
- Calling and recording outcomes.
- Use of e-mail and other social media
- Establish performance metrics
- On-going monitoring and tutoring.
- Responsible for the management of the sourcing function to support recruiters by identifying new sources of candidates.
- Responsible for the management of job postings on the company website(s).
- Responsible for the management of company Job Board accounts.
- Other duties as assigned.
