Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, under the direction of the supervising nurse.
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor for therapeutic效果 and adverse reactions.
- Perform regular resident assessments, document findings, and update care plans as needed.
- Monitor resident safety, manage fall risk, and respond promptly to changes in condition.
- Assist with activities of daily living and provide compassionate, person-centered care.
- Collaborate with the nursing team, physicians, and support staff to coordinate care and ensure continuity.

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in North Carolina (or eligibility to practice in NC).
- LPN diploma or equivalent (practical nursing education).
- BLS certification or equivalent current CPR/First Aid as required.
- 1 year of nursing experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing setting preferred.
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and meet the demands of a 36-hour weekly schedule.
