JOB DESCRIPTION
Our Sport Clips salon in Quincy, IL by is looking for talented hair stylists and barbers who are passionate about cutting hair and making their clients look great! Our team is dedicated to exceptional customer service and building up a large client base, and the ideal candidate for this role has similar goals in mind. Want to stay up to date on the latest trends? At Sport Clips, we provide ongoing training to our hair stylists and barbers so they can stay up to date on the latest haircut trends. PAY AND INCENTIVES
Stylists typically average $24-$35/hr including base pay + tips + incentives + insurance + 401k. Our top stylists earn even more!
-Higher base pay for Full-Time Flex Stylists (32+ hours/week) -Weekend Bonus for working Saturday and Sunday shifts -Busy location = strong tips and steady clents
