• Home time: weekly for a 34-hour reset
• Train with a mentor for 150 hours to build your experience
• Drivers on this fleet with 1+ years of experience average  $100,000 annually - top 10% earn up to $126,000 per year*
• Mileage pay
• Pay per load
• Layover (24 hours) pay: $200 per day
• Breakdown (24 hours): $200 per day
• Training/retraining pay: $200 per day
• Backhaul pickup pay: $15 per load, $15 for Dunnage
• Clean DOT inspection: $25
• Safe & on-time bonus- up to 3% weekly
• Company-provided top-of-the-line automatic transmission tandem-axle sleeper trucks pulling 53' dry van trailers

Route Details:

We are hiring CDL drivers with little to no experience to join our fleet. Start your driving career alongside an experienced mentor, build your skills behind the wheel, and advance to solo driving. This fleet operates in locations throughout AZ, CA, CO, ID, MN, NE, NV, NM, OR, UT, WA, and WY. Drivers living in Las Vegas will be out for 2 weeks at a time, followed by 3 days at home.
