360&degree; Recruitment & Sales Consultant

Remote – Texas

We are looking for a Recruitment & Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Texas.

This is a 360&degree; recruitment role , meaning you will be involved in the entire process — from developing new business and building client relationships to sourcing candidates and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.

What You'll Do

As a 360&degree; Recruitment & Sales Consultant, you will:

• Develop new business through prospecting, networking, LinkedIn, email, and cold calling
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Identify companies that are hiring and understand their recruitment needs
• Source, approach, and interview potential candidates
• Present qualified candidates to clients
• Manage the recruitment process from the first conversation to the placement
• Negotiate offers and help close successful placements
• Develop your own client and candidate network
• Learn how to manage your own desk and grow your business

What We're Looking For

No previous recruitment experience is required.

We are looking for someone who is:

• A recent college/university graduate or early-career professional
• Highly motivated and ambitious
• Comfortable communicating with people by phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Not afraid of cold calling or business development
• Competitive and results-oriented
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Curious, coachable, and eager to learn
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Fluent in English

Sales, business development, recruiting, customer service, or internship experience is a plus — but not required.
