Together, we can create a lasting impact on the lives of those we serve.****What we are looking for:****Aspire365 is actively seeking an Independently Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC) - Full Time based in or licensed in Oregon to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team, dedicated to providing compassionate care to individuals and families. This is a Full Time position.****Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:***** Direct clinical service delivery to an assigned caseload, including individual therapy sessions and the potential to lead or co-lead clinical groups based on program need and clinician specialty.* Potential to lead or co-facilitate group therapy sessions* Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and clinical formulation* Develop and regularly update individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans* Deliver evidence-based interventions (CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, MI) tailored to client needs* Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as clinically indicated* Development and maintenance of Integrated Service Plan* Leads the treatment team in coordinating whole-person care and clinical decision-making across disciplines.* Attend treatment team meetings, setting agenda and guiding clinical case discussion* Lead case presentations and synthesize multidisciplinary input into a unified treatment approach* Initiate treatment plan updates, delivery of care, and discharge planning* Proactively coordinates care across psychiatry, nursing, case management, and support services to ensure continuity and quality of the client's overall treatment experience.* Maintains timely, accurate, and HIPAA compliant clinical documentation in accordance with organizational policy and regulatory standards.* Prepare documentation needed for utilization review, audits, and insurance authorization****Qualifications:***** LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or similar (Required)* Independent Licensure is required* Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus* At least 2 years of providing psychiatric services* LCSW candidates must have completed the Clinical Level ASWB exam* LPC/CMHC candidates must have completed both the NCE and NCMHCE exams****Requirements:***** Maintain and keep current all applicable licenses and certifications.* Remote meeting/video conferencing proficiency* Must be open to licensing in more states (reimbursement provided for additional states)* Excellent time management and strong attention to detail* Strong work ethic* Minimum availability of 3 nights a week until 8pm****Benefits:***** Access to urgent psychiatric supervision/assistance* Organized and comfortable work environment* Strong work/life balance* Highly flexible scheduling* 12 free CEUs a year* Excellent benefits package* No weekend or holiday commitmentsCompensation: $65,000-$90,000Work Location: Telehealth (Oregon)Work type: Full-Time (maximum 40 hours a week) #J-18808-Ljbffr Eddy
