Location: Dayton. TN
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN
Setting: Outpatient Clinic

A therapist-owned outpatient practice is seeking a passionate Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a patient-first, collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality, evidence-based care.

You'll play a key role in helping patients restore mobility, improve function, and enhance quality of life while working alongside a supportive and growth-oriented clinical team.

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

• Deliver evidence-based orthopedic care to improve strength, mobility, and function

• Treat a variety of conditions including orthopedic, sports-related, and functional impairments

• Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, and long-term wellness

• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans for optimal outcomes

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care

• Motivate and guide patients throughout their rehabilitation journey

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree (required)

• Active or eligible state PT license

• CPR Certification

• Strong communication and patient engagement skills

• Passion for outpatient orthopedic care

• Experience in outpatient orthopedics

• Dry Needling Certification (highly preferred)

• Experience with sports or geriatric populations

• Additional manual therapy techniques (e.g., cupping, IASTM)

• Therapist-owned practice with a strong clinical voice
