Registered Nurse (RN)

UCHealth is seeking an RN Acute Care Transplant/Thoracic nurse to provide expert, patient-centered care for complex transplant and thoracic surgery patients. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive bedside assessment, monitoring, and treatment, including telemetry, hemodynamic monitoring, and post-operative management of chest tubes, drains, and complex medication regimens. You’ll collaborate closely with surgeons, intensivists, and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, support safe transitions, and educate patients and families.
