Job Description We are currently seeking a Lead Bartender to join our team. This is an hourly position offering a competitive wage of $25.00 per hour + tips. The ideal candidate will have solid bartending experience, a passion for mixology, and a strong knowledge of classic cocktails, local beers, and wines. Key Responsibilities Bartending: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner, ensuring each drink meets our quality standards Customer Service: Engage with guests, offer drink recommendations, and ensure that each guest enjoys an exceptional experience at the bar Cocktail Knowledge: Demonstrate a strong understanding of classic cocktail recipes and be able to create and customize drinks based on guest preferences Knowledge of Beer & Wine: Provide guests with recommendations on local beers and wines, ensuring they have a variety of options based on their tastes Bar Maintenance: Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well‑stocked throughout your shift. Ensure that all glassware, tools, and supplies are in working order Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and communicate with management to ensure that the bar is adequately stocked for daily operations Cash Handling: Accurately process customer payments and manage the till during your shift Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure the bar runs smoothly and that guest needs are met quickly and effectively Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service and sanitation protocols Requirements Skills & Qualifications: Experience: Proven bartending experience with solid knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, and local beers. Experience in a fast‑paced bar environment is preferred Customer Service: Strong communication skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere and engage guests in a positive and friendly manner Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately follow drink recipes and ensure consistent quality in every drink served Organization: Must be organized, efficient, and capable of managing multiple tasks at once, especially during busy hours Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift boxes, and handle the physical demands of working behind the bar Teamwork: Strong ability to work well with others in a team‑oriented environment Flexibility: Ability to adjust to a changing environment and handle guest requests promptly and efficiently Benefits $25.00 per hour plus tips If you are an experienced bartender with a passion for excellent service and enjoy crafting quality cocktails, we would love to meet you!
