• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and functional independence
• Monitor, assess, and document patient progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises
• Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC EMR

• Active Physical Therapist license (State of Ohio or compact license)
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Current BLS/BCLS certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
