Tech Support Specialist

Salary: $45,760 - 52,000 per year Requirements:

• We need a high school diploma, vocational training, an associate degree, or a certificate in a computer-related field.
• We look for help desk experience.
• We require strong customer service skills and the ability to stay professional and adaptable under pressure.
• We value a solid aptitude for solving problems on behalf of users.
• We require the ability to travel to our customer sites across the United States as needed.
• Preferred but not required: familiarity with bookkeeping and accounting practices.
• Preferred but not required: onsite experience with convenience store operations, including inventory management and control.
• Preferred but not required: at least 1 year of troubleshooting experience.
• Preferred but not required: at least 1 year of Windows 11 experience.

• We provide phone-based technical support to our technology users for both hardware and software issues.
• We assist and train customers remotely using desktop-sharing tools such as TeamViewer.
• We diagnose end-user issues, identify root causes, and determine practical solutions.
• We troubleshoot network systems and applications to resolve malfunctions and other operational problems.
• We support end-user workstations and activity on our Windows-based LAN using TCP/IP.
• We perform onsite installations and testing for new store openings and site upgrades.
• We take on special support projects as assigned by our technical support manager.
