This isn’t a behind-the-scenes role—you’ll be in the business, shaping strategy, influencing outcomes, and directly impacting performance across up to 25 stores.If you’re equal parts strategist, operator, and data-driven storyteller, this is where you make your mark.What You'll DoDrive performance: Lead marketing strategies that improve sales, aftersales, profitability, and customer loyalty across storesBuild loyalty: Develop programs and campaigns that strengthen retention and enhance the customer experienceLeverage data: Turn insights and scorecard metrics into actionable strategies and measurable resultsPartner with leaders: Advise Store Leaders and collaborate with OEMs, internal teams, and vendorsExecute campaigns: Oversee content and campaigns that drive engagement and performanceOptimize & adapt: Use analytics, market trends, and testing to continuously improve outcomesChampion alignment: Ensure consistency with company initiatives while acting as a key resource for stakeholdersWhat You'll BringExperience in automotive marketing, dealership operations, or multi-location retail marketingStrong understanding of performance marketing, customer lifecycle, and retention strategiesAbility to turn data into action (Google Analytics, CRM tools, reporting platforms)Confidence working directly with leadership and influencing decisionsCompensationThe full salary range for this position is $80,000–$125,000 annually plus bonus potential. The anticipated starting pay is $80,000–$110,000, based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
