Now Hiring: Weekend Nurse Supervisor – RN
Avir at Crockett | Crockett, Texas

Are you an experienced RN who knows how to lead a team, solve problems, and keep resident care running smoothly? Avir at Crockett is looking for a dependable and confident Weekend Nurse Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and support to our nursing team.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee nursing operations during weekend shifts
Support and guide nurses and CNAs
Ensure residents receive safe, high-quality care
Respond to clinical concerns and changes in condition
Assist with staffing, admissions, documentation, and family concerns
Maintain compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements
Communicate important updates to facility leadership

What We’re Looking For:

Current Texas RN license in good standing
Strong leadership and communication skills
Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
Ability to remain organized and calm in a fast-paced environment
A hands-on leader who is willing to support the team when needed
