Dealership Accounting Associate/Deal Poster

We are looking for someone eager to learn and grow within our Accounting Department and the Company! Deal Poster/Accounting employees use Microsoft Excel and Office daily for the following items : Car deal compliance and posting in spreadsheet format Vehicle Service Contract Processing and refunds Finance Reserve Payment processing and reconciliation Incentive/Rebate submittal, payment processing and reconciliation Bank Deposits assist as needed Daily communication by email with dealership management staff Other task as assigned by the Office Manager or Controller Here are the qualifications we are looking for in a candidate : Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel and Office, Microsoft products Bookkeeping or Accounting experience, preferably in the auto field Positive attitude and eagerness to improve Driven personality - able to be successful in an individual and team setting Ability to meet deadlines with great Time Management skills Team Player - the dealership is only as good as the team behind it!
