Who You Are Ambitious students currently enrolled in a 4-year college or university who are expected to graduate between December 2027 – July 2028 Trendsetters and innovative thinkers who want to create the beauty that moves the world No prior industry experience is necessary to apply Minimum Requirements: Able to start working fulltime starting September 2028 upon graduation with your bachelor’s degree Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. Minimum 3.5 GPA Willing to relocate to any USA-based office that has a summer internship opportunity, including: Northern New Jersey New York City. What You’ll Do Own an individual project with strategic business impact that you present to senior leaders Analyze data, identify root causes, and recommend solutions for HR related business issues Experience hands-on HR generalist responsibilities, working with multiple HRIS and reporting systems Follow up and solicit feedback from employees on a regular basis with a “customer service” orientation and ability to elevate issues when appropriate Engage our teams in sharing best HR practices Network and learn about multiple functions (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, R&I and Sales) Participate in formal and informal training opportunities Throughout the summer, you will have the opportunity to be part of the team in one of the following areas: HR Business Partner Talent Early Careers/Employer Branding People Experience People Development and Learning HR Excellence Total Rewards The Program This is a paid internship opportunity.
