We are hiring for a Clinical Director at our Woodbury, MN location AND a BCBA for our Bloomington, MN location. * We offer a $7500 relocation package + $7500 loyalty bonus at 18 months! How We Support Our BCBAs Competitive Salaries with Bonuses – We offer total compensation ranging from $80,000 - $120,000,000 depending on caseload election, experience and position level. A bonus structure of $16,000 based on clinical quality metrics. Continuous Clinical Development – We offer $1,500 in CEU reimbursement so you can pursue your personalized growth goals + 2 PAID CEU days/year. With our Impact Paths, you can select the caseload and treatment hour size that fits your needs. Flex Tier – Caseload of roughly 6 comprehensive patients with 25 treatment hours. Balance Tier – Caseload of roughly 7 comprehensive patients with 29 treatment hours. Impact Tier – Caseload of roughly 8 comprehensive patients with 30 treatment hours. How You Will Nurture Your Patients and Teammates Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and implement individualized treatment plans for all patients on your caseload. Supervise, provide feedback and ensure adherence to Bloomwell’s clinical quality standards for RBTs and any other support staff involved with patients at clinic. Monitor and analyze patient data to adjust treatment plans and optimize patient progress. Partner with caregivers to increase engagement and ensure they understand and implement ABA strategies at home. Work collaboratively and collectively with Bloomwell teammates to create a positive environment focused on belonging and inclusion. What You Need to Have Master's Degree and ABA coursework approved by BACB. Willingness to relocate to one of our Minnesota clinics. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or within 3 months of taking the Boards. State license, as required. Willingness to work in a clinic environment - no hybrid options are currently available. Experience working with children with autism and related disorders.
