For more information, visit .We're looking for a Client Account Manager to join the Media & Entertainment vertical of our Global Strategic Accounts team. This team is a specialized group within Global Large Customer Sales that oversees Reddit’s most significant global advertising partners end-to end — leading joint business planning, global strategy, and cross-regional execution.This person will closely collaborate with their Client Partner on campaign execution and optimizations to help agencies and advertisers achieve their marketing objectives on the fast-growing Reddit platform.Please note that this role is required to be based out of New York City or Los Angeles.Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with Client Partners to meet and exceed your clients’ marketing goalsProactively manage and deepen relationships with existing advertising partners, both with agencies and directly with Global clients, to drive year-on-year Reddit revenue growthLead and execute campaign launches from start to finish, delivering insightful optimization recommendations to agency and client partners​​Run end-to-end global account operations: revenue delivery, complex media strategy, multi-market optimizations, troubleshooting, and structured upsell on a global bookAct as the primary point of contact for internal account operations, including managing revenue delivery, troubleshooting issues, and escalating when necessaryEducate brands and media agencies, effectively communicating Reddit’s value proposition and best practices for advertising on the platformConsult clients on their awareness and direct response objectives, partnering closely with Client Partners to craft thoughtful and creative media plansCollaborate with Ad Ops to ensure effective campaign delivery and resolve any technical hurdlesDive deep into campaign performance data, audience and competitor insights, seasonality, and market and performance trends to develop KPI-driven campaign recommendationsProactively seek and represent client needs and asks to cross-functional stakeholdersResponsibilities:Collaborate closely with Client Partners to meet and exceed clients’ marketing goals.Proactively manage and deepen relationships with existing advertising partners, both with agencies and directly with Fortune 500 clients to drive year-on-year Reddit revenue growth.Lead and execute campaign launches from start to finish and deliver insightful optimizations to agency and client partnersOngoing management of internal account operations (revenue delivery and troubleshooting issues)Educate brands and media agencies, effectively communicate value proposition and best practicesConsult clients on their awareness and direct response objectives, and partner closely with Client Partners to craft thoughtful and creative media plansCollaborate with Ad Ops to ensure effective campaign delivery and resolve any technical hurdlesProactively seek and represent client needs and asks to cross-functional stakeholdersShape Reddit’s native ads product roadmap, for mobile and in general, by aggregating and sharing client feedback and campaign metrics with cross-functional stakeholdersProactively and continually identify areas of improvementMentor and train other team members.Required Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in advertising sales and account management, Media & Entertainment client experience preferredStrong understanding of customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystemComfortable with problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.Understanding of Digital measurement, tracking fundamentals and mobile measurement partnersTenacious and entrepreneurial approach to working through product, process, and client challengesExperience cultivating strong relationships with external partnersExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced and unstructured work environmentHigh attention to detailProficiency in Excel preferredBA / BS degree or equivalent work experienceBenefits:Comprehensive Healthcare Benefits and Income Replacement Programs401k with Employer MatchGlobal Benefit programs that fit your lifestyle, from workspace to professional development to caregiving supportFamily Planning SupportGender-Affirming CareMental Health & Coaching BenefitsFlexible Vacation & Paid Volunteer Time OffGenerous Paid Parental Leave #LI-JS1 #LI-onsitePay Transparency:This job posting may span more than one career level.In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and will also be eligible to receive a commission.
