Key Qualifications:

• Valid K–12 Special Education teaching certification (required)
• Demonstrated experience as a special education teacher and/or case manager
• Deep understanding of compliance standards and special education law
• Proven ability to write, implement, and monitor robust Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills, particularly within a virtual environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Write and maintain compliant, actionable IEPs tailored to student needs
• Organize and lead IEP meetings, ensuring collaboration and clarity among all stakeholders
• Monitor student progress and adjust plans as necessary for optimum growth
• Partner with school staff to ensure IEPs are accurately and fully implemented
• Support schools in maintaining compliance with district and state special education requirements
