ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2021 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a Recruiter and Account Manager, experiences that helped me develop a passion for building relationships, developing talent, and helping others succeed.


I graduated from Belmont University, where I played Division I golf, and today my husband is a valued member of our agency team. Outside of work, I enjoy golfing, traveling, and spending time with our two sons.

Giving back to the community is important to me. I am actively involved with the local Chamber of Commerce, support Habitat for Humanity, and enjoy participating in initiatives that help strengthen and grow our community.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Mallory Pfingstler - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
