Branch Operations Manager

Job Details Job Location: Hillsboro Main Branch - Hillsboro, IL 62049 Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 Salary Job Shift: Day Constitution Bank is coming to Bethalto, IL, and we're anxious to hire a motivated individual to oversee the deposit operations as a Branch Manager. As the Branch Manager, you would be expected to build meaningful relationships with the community we serve. Constitution Bank is a community bank and needs a Branch Manager who seeks to make a difference in the communities where we live and work. Training for this position will be held at our neighboring locations, Hillsboro Main Branch, Edwardsville, Staunton or Highland. Our projected opening of our new Bethalto branch is Fall 2026. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Comply with all banking laws and regulations Maintain customer confidentiality Staff scheduling Coach, lead and motivate employees Expand the branches customer base and branch profitability Previous Banking or financial services experience, required Previous management experience, preferred Proficient in Microsoft Offices Strong oral and written communication skills Must be accurate and detail-oriented Ability to work varied hours/days as needed Calling on community and business leaders to drive branch business #J-18808-Ljbffr
