Operations & Data Manager (20–25 hrs. per week) Hillel at the University of Wisconsin–Madison Role Overview UW Hillel, located on the University of Wisconsin-Madison Campus, is looking for a part-time Development Operations and Data Coordinator to maintain our ever-growing donor database. This position will work closely with our Director of Operations, Development Officer and CEO. Key Responsibilities Gift processing across multiple donation platforms Acknowledgements, billing, pledge reconciliations Manual syncing between databases Database hygiene, deduplication, regular reporting Mailchimp segmentation, list management Data integration from form applications Basic office/admin workflows Qualifications 1–3+ years of relevant experience in office environment Bachelor’s degree preferred Knowledge of Donor Management software such as Little Green Light, Salesforce WIX, Canva, Monday.com, a plus but not required Compensation Salary range: $25-$32/hour commensurate with experience About Hillel at the University of Wisconsin–Madison With nearly 5,000 Jewish students on campus, UW Hillel is among the largest and most dynamic Hillels in the country.
