Family Practice NP or PA for home medical care patient advocates for community organizing and enrollment of at least one patient a day for 250 days reason for opening?(adding or replacing)? We have 15 specialty types that can cover 30 practices who are all in one PLL C Days/hours/shifts/weekend/call?
