Union Federal Savings and Loan is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bank Teller/Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Madison office. This role is ideal for an organized professional who enjoys working in a financial services environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding administrative and operational support.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient day-to-day banking operation while providing exceptional customer service and coordinating with various departments across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of bank teller, administrative and operational duties.
• Answer incoming calls and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Prepare, review, scan, and maintain documents and records.
• Process forms and maintain accurate electronic and paper files.
• Assist with new customer onboarding and general account documentation.
• Support branch staff with daily operational activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform data entry with a high degree of accuracy.
• Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
• Follow the instructions and guidance provided by trainers and management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous administrative, customer service, or banking experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technology and software systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and committed to providing excellent customer service.
• Applicants are required to provide three professional references. Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of satisfactory background and at least two reference checks.

• Monday to Friday
• Day shift
• Full-time (40 hours per week)
