Senior Project Accountant
GRAYSON SEARCH PARTNERS
Our client, a leading Chicago real estate development company, is seeking a Senior Project Accountant to support the accounting and financial reporting of active development projects. Responsibilities Prepare monthly financials, reconciliations, journal entries, and project reporting Track project costs, budgets, commitments, and variances Review invoices, contracts, change orders, and construction-related expenditures Assist with project draws, forecasting, and profitability analysis Partner with development, construction, finance, and other internal teams Support audits and process improvement initiatives Provide guidance to junior accounting staff Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5+ years of relevant accounting experience Strong project, development, or construction accounting experience Experience with project costs, budgets, reconciliations, and financial reporting Advanced Excel skills Strong analytical and organizational skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
