Civil Project Manager - Water Resources

Civil Project Manager – Water Resources Bolton & Menk is looking to add a Civil Project Manager to join our Water Resources team. As a Project Manager, you will work with Engineers, Planners, and Technicians and be responsible for the management, planning, scheduling and performance of multiple engineering projects and personnel. You will encourage and lead project teams, apply engineering knowledge to a variety of projects, and develop strong relationships with clients and staff from various agencies. Locations North Carolina: Raleigh, Charlotte, Wilmington, Kinston, Holly Springs, Wake Forest. South Carolina: Rock Hill, Greenville, Myrtle Beach, Conway. Responsibilities Manage planning, budgeting, scheduling and performance of multiple engineering projects and personnel. Handle preliminary and final design and construction phase services for water resource projects. Serve as primary client contact and resolve project-related issues. Conduct technical analysis and documentation. Engage in public outreach, business development and client communication. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related program from an accredited college. Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in North Carolina and/or South Carolina. Eight years of progressive design and complex construction experience. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Strong time‑management, organizational and problem‑solving abilities. Effective supervisory and team‑leadership skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with CAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D design software. Valid driver’s license. Bolton & Menk will not be providing visa sponsorship or Optional Practical Training Extensions.
