Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in wholesale sales. I've been married for 24 years, have two sons, and enjoy coaching their sports teams. Outside of work, you'll usually find me outdoors or out on the water boating with my family. Giving back to the community is important to me. Our agency proudly supports local youth sports teams and enjoys investing in the communities we serve. Role Description As Account Associate for Eric Casey - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Responsibilities Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
