The AVP, Regional Administrative Manager will provide support to employee affiliation offices and teams including but not limited to, direct management of Client Service Associates and office support staff, coordinate Financial Advisor support efforts delivered through our Client Service Associates, Service and Operations Teams, and collaborate with various business partners to support the ongoing expansion of our national employee affiliation footprint.Responsibilities:Manage branch office support staff, which includes, but not limited to, compensation and performance management, time management and capacity planning, goal setting, career development, etc.Foster a culture of coaching, learning and development with a strong emphasis on skills and behaviors that contribute to advisor satisfaction.Contribute to the development of the branch office support staff hiring strategy which aims to successfully identify, attract, onboard, and retain top talent.Drive continuous improvement efforts within the branch admin vertical based upon evolving advisor needs.Act as liaison between advisors and LPL service and operations; advocate for advisor and client needs, overseeing and supporting case managers dedicated to resolving complex and high priority issues.Execute on support staff training programs focused on skill advancement and career progression; help to identify and implement program improvements informed by advisor and staff feedback.Partner with the National Branch Manager on the admin vertical program design strategy and implementationWhat are we looking for?We’re looking for strong collaborators who deliver exceptional client experiences and thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments.
