Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP)
Greenwood Care, a Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation Facility (SMHRF) in Evanston, IL, has an immediate opening for a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP).
This is a full-time position with a 3p - 11p schedule - every other weekend required.
Up to $29.00 per hour! (Depending upon which benefit plan selected)

Responsibilities of the Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP):
- Conduct intake interviews
- Collaborate with clinical team in development and implementation of a service/treatment plan
- Monitoring and assessment
- Supervise/train MHPs
- Crisis intervention
- May lead consumers in recreational, educational, and/or treatment activities
- Maintain all consumer documentation
- Manage a caseload of up to 30 cases
- Attend clinical team meetings as required
Requirements of the Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP):
- Master's level degree in human services related major
- Previous experience treating individuals with severe and persistent psychiatric disorders
- Strong crisis management abilities and working knowledge of evidence-based treatments and community resources
- Experience in a long-term care facility
