Director of Sales

Job Title: Director of Sales Location: Clear Lake, IA Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000 (negotiable) + quarterly bonuses (up to 16% of salary), health, dental & vision plans, 401k, generous PTO, and more. Relocation assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field (preferred) At least 2 years of experience as a Director of Sales in the hotel industry Proven success in achieving sales targets and revenue growth Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Strong analytical skills, including trend analysis and strategic planning Responsibilities: Communicate professionally with customers, partners, and team members Deep understanding of the local market, booking patterns, and events Manage group inquiries, aligning responses with hotel strategy Oversee Corporate/BT market segments, maintain existing relationships, and develop new accounts to meet revenue goals Additional Information: This position is expected to fill quickly.
