Onsite Community Manager — Affordable Housing

TELACU Residential Management, Inc. seeks a Resident Manager to contribute to a community by collaborating with onsite and supervisory teams and outside agencies to provide quality affordable housing. The role oversees rent collection, tenant relations, occupancy, financial reporting and regulatory compliance while maintaining the physical property.
