Optometrist (Hybrid)

Multi-disciplinary OD/MD practice is looking to recruit a Primary Care Optometrist with emphasis on medical model treatment. The Yuba City area is an easy 35 min reverse commute from Sacramento/Roseville/Lincoln. Not corporate or private equity owned. Excellent collegial relations between ODs and MDs who work together to provide full-scope care. High incidence of glaucoma, cataract, dry eye, and diabetic retinopathy. Laser cataract surgery and LASIK are performed in our state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center. This candidate will have the benefit of training and guidance from a seasoned team of doctors. New grads are encouraged to explore this opportunity with or without residency. Our team can fill in the gaps in your training. High base salary and production bonus yield earning potential that will far outweigh other opportunities in Northern California or the Sacramento market. Full complement of benefits with five weeks of paid time off. Full-time or part-time with the possibility of synchronous remote exams 1-2 days per week.
