We are seeking a North Carolina licensed home inspector to join our team, specializing in residential property assessments. The role involves daily travel to various locations for property inspections, requiring attention to detail and thorough reporting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive inspections of residential properties
- Evaluate property conditions and identify potential issues
- Travel daily to various inspection sites
- Prepare clear, accurate inspection reports
- Communicate findings effectively to clients
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in home inspection
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in home inspection techniques
- Strong report writing skills
