Are you computer savvy, like working with large print machines, or have you operated a CNC machine? If you have one year of recent work history in a manufacturing environment, are very comfortable navigating computers in a manufacturing setting, can lift up to 50lbs consistently, and have great attention to detail, you might be interested in this full-time Production Operator position.

It's with an amazing company that makes signage for businesses. In this role, you'll be operating a large printer to cut material to create eye-catching visuals and perform other general warehouse duties.

They're looking for a self-starter with a positive attitude and a passion for problem-solving.

It's a full-time job that offers weekends off, weekly pay, and a consistent schedule. OT is offered occasionally, and this position could go full-time long term for the right person.

Production Operator Responsibilities:

• Operate sign-making equipment including printers, cutters, laminators, and plotters
• Read and interpret work orders to ensure correct materials, dimensions, and specifications
• Perform finishing tasks such as laminating, weeding, trimming, mounting, and routing
• Inspect finished products for quality, including color consistency, alignment, and overall appearance
• Maintain a clean and safe production area by following safety protocols and cleaning machines/tools
• Track and report inventory usage, notifying leads when restocking is needed
• Troubleshoot basic machine or equipment issues and perform preventive maintenance as required
• Cross-train in other production areas and assist team members when needed

Schedule: Friday - Sunday

• Weekend Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
• Will train on 1st shift Monday Thursday 5:00 AM 3:30 PM

Pay: $22 per hour

• $2 shift differential for weekend shift

Production Operator Requirements:

• 1+ year of recent experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operation environments
• Experience using hand tools, production equipment, or CNC-style machinery preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift
• Comfortable using computers to look up files, enter information, and review work orders
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
