Location Phoenix, United States Sector Other Salary $150,000.00 to $180,000.00 per annum A brand-new small animal hospital in the Arcadia area of Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Lead Veterinarian to open its doors. We are seeking a Lead Veterinarian to join the team for the launch of a truly special, full-service, cutting-edge small animal hospital in the Arcadia area of Phoenix, AZ. This is not your average leadership role. Opening in July 2026, this clinic represents a rare chance to walk into a practice before the doors have even opened and put your stamp on things from clinical standards to team culture. Appointments are scheduled for 30 minutes with a full schedule of approximately 16 appointments per day. This will be a full-service veterinary hospital, providing a wide range of wellness, diagnostic, and surgical services in a progressive, small animal, general practice and urgent care setting.
