• Effective communication skills, including clear written communication for memo preparation and professional outreach to project owners.
• Proficiency in coordinating follow ups, tracking action items, and ensuring timely completion of governance-related tasks.
• Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities, with the ability to identify discrepancies in documentation, project phase alignment, and financial records. • Competence in supporting meeting operations, including notetaking, summarizing key discussions, and preparing presentation materials.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with project analysts, managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project management tools, financial systems, and Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Adaptability and willingness to support shifting priorities within a large, dynamic project portfolio.


Education & Certifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering (comparable equivalent).
• Minimum 4 years of work experience in related field. Experience working within a Project Management Office (PMO) environment is preferred.
