Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the dentist during procedures, ensure patient comfort, and help maintain efficient clinical operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
• Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays)
• Provide patients with instructions for oral care following procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards
• Manage dental supplies and inventory as needed

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification/license
• X-ray certification 
• Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and instruments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a dental office
• Familiarity with dental software system
