Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) – Travel Contract | Washington


We are seeking an experienced Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dedicated renal care team providing high-quality chronic dialysis treatment in an outpatient clinical setting. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses passionate about nephrology and patient-centered care.


Position Details
Specialty: Dialysis RN
Schedule: 10–13 Hour Shifts
Shift Availability: AM & PM Rotations
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Work Setting: Chronic In-Center Dialysis Clinics
Key Responsibilities
Deliver and oversee dialysis treatments for chronic kidney disease patients
Monitor patient conditions before, during, and after dialysis procedures
Administer medications and adjust treatment plans per standing orders
Educate patients and families on dialysis care and disease management
Supervise Dialysis Technicians and support clinical staff
Collaborate with nephrologists, dietitians, and interdisciplinary care teams
Maintain accurate patient documentation and care records
Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
Requirements
Active Washington RN License or Compact RN License
BLS Certification required
Minimum 3 years of recent RN experience required
Previous dialysis experience required
Strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills
Ability to work flexible shifts across multiple clinic locations
