Epic OpTime Analyst

Job Description

Supports and optimizes the Epic OpTime application through ticket resolution, system build, maintenance, and enhancement work. This role requires strong Epic build experience, the ability to gather and translate stakeholder requirements into technical solutions, and excellent communication skills. The analyst serves as a proactive problem solver, balancing day-to-day support with project-based optimization and implementation efforts.

Skills and Requirements

• 3+ years of experience
• OpTime Certified
• Strong build and maintenance knowledge
• Proven ability to proactively problem solve and be resourceful
• Experience working with large healthcare systems
• Working with third parties like SPM
• Exposure to Tecsys
