Inventory Specialist / Material Handler | 1 st Shift | $17.50/hr. | 6 am – 2:30 pm

What Matters Most

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6am – 2:30pm
• Location: Geneva, OH

As an Inventory Specialist, you will support daily production operations by moving and staging fabrication parts throughout the shop floor. This role requires strong attention to detail and basic computer skills to accurately track materials and ensure production flow. You will work closely with production teams to maintain organization, accuracy, and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Move, stage, and organize fabrication parts throughout the production floor
• Perform material handling tasks to support workflow and production schedules
• Accurately complete material transactions using computer systems
• Track and report production data through computer and/or written logs
• Follow verbal and written instructions to meet productivity standards
• Assist with inventory accuracy and material flow as directed by supervision
• Operate manual and motorized equipment such as pallet jacks or tow motors as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications & Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED highly preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Strong attendance and work ethic
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening

The base salary for this position is $17.50/hr., excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
