This role focuses on hospitality, guest connection, cleanliness standards, and leading team members to create a warm and caring environment.Chick-fil-A Maplewood Leadership's primary role is to serve the team. Our leaders exemplify our core values, and understand, and convey the vision for the business. They always assist in training and holding standards as they change/improve.Key responsibilities include:Leading dining room operations during the shift.Running meals to guestsEnsuring tables, floors, restrooms, and high-touch areas meet cleanliness standards.Engaging with guests by table touching, assisting with needs, and creating meaningful interactions.Coaching team members on cleanliness, urgency, and hospitality expectations.Responding quickly to guest needs, spills, or concerns.Supporting front counter and drive-thru during slower dining room periods as needed.Maintaining a calm, welcoming atmosphere throughout the restaurant.Qualifications include:Strong communication and leadership presenceStrong hospitality mindsetAttention to detail and pride in presentationAbility to coach and encourage othersSelf-starter who sees needs and takes actionSuccess looks like:A consistently clean and inviting dining roomGuests who feel cared for and noticedTeam members who take ownership of their spacePositive guest feedback and repeat visitsAvailability:Open availability on Saturdays is required (May have one Saturday off per month)Must be available minimum 30+ hours/weekMust be available to open 4 days a week or available to close 4 nights a week.Work schedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayWeekend availabilityNight shiftDay shiftBenefits:Flexible schedulePaid time offHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceLife insurance401(k)
